Effective date: 18 October 2026
We want Bespoke to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
What we do
- We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
- Pages use semantic headings, labels for form fields and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- The interface can be used with a keyboard, and dialogs can be closed with the Escape key.
- Text and controls are designed with readable contrast and scale with your browser's zoom.
- Every video Bespoke produces includes on-screen captions, which helps viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Known limitations
Some parts of the Service, such as the video preview and certain third-party windows (for example the payment window), may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to improve them.
Feedback
If you have difficulty using any part of Bespoke, email support@thewictory.net. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will help you complete your task and work on a fix.
