1. Digital service – no physical shipping
Bespoke is an online software service (SaaS) for editing videos. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no courier, shipping charges or delivery address are involved.
2. Delivery of a plan
- A paid plan is delivered to the Bespoke account used at checkout.
- After a successful payment, the plan and its credits are usually active within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours.
- A confirmation is shown in your account. The payment receipt is sent by our payment gateway partner to the email or phone used at checkout.
- If your plan or credits do not appear within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@thewictory.net with your payment ID, and we will activate it or refund you.
3. Delivery of videos
- Videos are delivered inside your Bespoke dashboard, where you can preview and download them.
- Most videos are ready within minutes of upload. Longer videos or busy periods can take longer.
- If a video fails to process, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
- Finished videos stay available for download for the period described in our Data Retention Policy.

Bespoke is available online in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
