1. Retention periods

Download your finished videos within 30 days. After that they are deleted and cannot be recovered.
2. Data held by service providers
Our service providers process data only to perform their task and delete it under their own retention terms. Encrypted backups may keep data for a short additional period until they are overwritten.
3. Account deletion
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@thewictory.net from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm your identity before acting.
When your account is deleted:
- your projects, uploads, finished videos and profile are deleted;
- unused credits lapse (any refund due under our Refund Policy is handled first);
- payment records we must keep by law are retained for the legal period and then deleted;
- you can create a new account later, but the free trial cannot be claimed again with the same mobile number.
We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.
4. Inactive accounts
We may delete free accounts that have had no sign-in for 24 months, after emailing you at least 30 days before.
