My upload is rejected
- Videos must be MP4 and between 10 seconds and 2 minutes long.
- If an iPhone video will not upload, set Camera → Formats to "Most Compatible" and record again, or export the video as H.264 MP4.
- Check your internet connection; large files take longer to upload.
I did not receive the verification email
Check your spam and promotions folders, then use Resend verification email on the log-in page. The link is valid for 24 hours.
The mobile code does not arrive
Make sure you entered a 10-digit Indian mobile number. Wait a minute before requesting a new code; too many attempts are temporarily blocked. Each number can claim the free trial once.
My video failed
The 30 credits are returned automatically. Try again; if it fails again, email support@thewictory.net with the video name.
A caption word is wrong
Captions follow your script. Check the spelling in your script; words you said that are not in the script are transcribed automatically and may occasionally be misheard.
There are fewer B-rolls than I expected
Bespoke only adds a B-roll when the footage genuinely shows what is being said. Concrete, visual sentences (for example "climbing stairs leaves you breathless") get better B-roll than abstract ones.
My payment went through but no credits appeared
Credits are usually added immediately. If you closed the payment window early, they are added automatically within about 10 minutes. If they still do not appear, email us with your payment ID.
