This policy applies to everything you upload to or create with Bespoke. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You may not use Bespoke to create, upload or share content that:
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of anyone;
- includes a person who has not consented to appear, or impersonates a real person or organisation in a misleading way;
- is a deceptive deepfake, or otherwise misleads viewers about who is speaking or what happened;
- sexualises minors or contains sexual content of any kind involving minors;
- contains sexually explicit material, or graphic violence intended to shock;
- harasses, threatens, bullies or promotes hatred or violence against people based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic;
- promotes self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism;
- makes false or dangerous health claims, promises guaranteed cures, or breaches professional advertising rules that apply to you;
- promotes fraud, scams, pyramid schemes or deceptive financial offers;
- discloses another person's confidential, health or personal information without authority;
- contains malware or harmful code.
You may not use the Service to:
- break, probe, overload or bypass the security of the Service;
- access the Service by bots or scripts, or scrape it, except through features we provide;
- create multiple accounts or use multiple mobile numbers to claim more than one free trial;
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- extract, resell or redistribute stock footage from your videos (see Stock Footage Licensing).
Your responsibility
You are solely and fully responsible for the content you upload, create and publish with Bespoke. The Wictory does not review, approve or endorse user content and is not liable for it. If you use the Service in breach of this policy – for example for adult, obscene or unlawful content – you alone bear all legal responsibility and consequences.
Enforcement
We may refuse to process content, remove content, suspend features or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. Where possible, we tell you what happened and why.
