1. You own your content
Everything you upload – videos, audio, scripts, photographs, logos and call-to-action files – remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it.
2. You own your output
The finished videos Bespoke produces for you belong to you, except for third-party material inside them, such as licensed stock footage, which remains owned by its licensors and is licensed to you only as part of your video.
3. Our limited licence
To edit your videos, we need permission to store, copy, process and transmit your content, including to the service providers listed in our Third-Party Services Disclosure. You grant us this permission only to provide, secure and support the Service for you. It ends when your content is deleted under our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
We do not:
- publish your content or use it in our marketing without your separate written permission;
- sell your content;
- use your content to train artificial-intelligence models.
4. Your responsibilities
When you upload content, you confirm that:
- you own it or have all rights and licences needed to upload it and have it edited;
- every person who appears or is heard in it has consented to its recording, editing and publication;
- for health-care content, you have any patient consent required by law and your professional rules;
- it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.
You are solely responsible for your content and for any video you publish. The Wictory does not review or endorse user content and is not liable for it, including where content is unlawful, adult or infringing.
5. Presenter and brand cards
Photographs, names, titles and logos you add for presenter or brand cards are your content. Upload only images you are entitled to use.
6. Removing content
You can ask us to delete any project or video at any time by emailing support@thewictory.net. Content is also deleted automatically after the periods in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
